Your as guilty as it gets and I will give you names of Blacklocks Buddies who go from job to job bypassing others on the list.Ill name names. How did Candy go off one job and directly to Global Foundries. How is little puffy Mark Sowalskis brother Ray Sowalski going from job to job and never seeing the list.The NLRB dropped Newells case not because Blacklock was innocent but because the NLRB has ruled that we are a "non exclusive hiring hall" and they can send out who ever they want in the eyes of the NLRB so Newells complaint was not enforceable with the NLRB. Of course donations by Local 370 to the Region 3 NLRB directors retirement party always helps.
In regards to the Health care money. Here is what has to happen.Screw the little bitch Stewart. Each rank and file members has to instruct the employer to stop taking payroll deductions from your check to include vacation,assessment,pension and health.The employer MUST comply or face a fine. I can prove it. Any payroll deduction must be authorized by the member with a signed authorization form. Most of us have never signed one. If you did they can be rescinded.Once the employer complies Billy Weir and the Empire Council Shitbags will try to force you to allow those deductions. You stand fast and refuse and cannot resolve the issue. Thats called exhausting you internal remedy's. Now you can sue in civil court. Thats where it needs to go. Let the dirt bags explain to a civil judge how your paying in and they are keeping your money for no services. Let them explain to a civil judge the illegal annuity with holdings.Let them explain to a civil judge the stacked trustees. Civil court is where this needs to go for change. The Empire Council-vs- Jeanerett court case has been extended to December. When the actual loss numbers are released the Empire Council Trustees will be sued for the loses to Madoff and their partnership with Beacon. This would be perfect timing for a civil lawsuit over the fund monies.
