Hello Jim,
On Chuckie. I have been trying to rehab chuck for two years. You must agree he has made progress.We started the intervention 2 years ago. The first six months we worked diligently to remove Chucks lips from Kevin Hicks zipper. Finally with a spatula and some crisco we were successful.
The next 6 months we spent deprograming and washing the council propaganda from his brain. No matter what we proved to chuck he just kept repeating"But Kevin Says.But Kevin Says,I am a Hicks Man .But Kevin Says" It took a long time to wash his brain and deprogram him. Thank god his brain was small and with a quart bottle of Mr. Plumber we managed to wash away that fat between his ears.
The next six months Chuck spent in shock. After putting many miles between Chuck and Kevins Penis Charles finally was able to focus and start to see the truth. It was a hard pill to swallow but since Chuck had such good experience at swallowing we managed to swap Kevin and Billys loads with the truth and Chuck was saved.Although he still suffers from small memory lapses such as when he puts on Video"We challenged the election" Chuck has really stepped up and is fighting for the membership and this Union. He has left low life dirtbags like Richard Negri,Steve Dondley and Kevin Hicks Penis(whom he still calls Mr. Happy) behind and has joined with good men such as yourself to fight for the Brothers and sisters.A year ago who would have ever thought Chuck would ever risk a video with John Newell.
I think Chuck is still a "Hope fiend" and might have to spend a week with Amy Winehouse singing "they want me to go to rehab but I said No NO NO" but overall I think he has turned the corner and is out of the woods. It might be a good idea for Chuck and Amy to see the dentist but neither have 700 hours.
In regards to AMD. You will not get all the details until next Tuesday. They had planned a media event so they could all pat each other on the back but Malloy ruined it when he talked to the press.The others are pissed so they are letting minimal information out. But there is confirmed information. Have Dougy take a look at this so he and 370 will have a clue.
It IS AN OFFICIAL PLA.All construction workers with the exception of 17 percent and a 7%(only to be used if local workers cannot do the work) floater will be under collective bargaining. That means the 83% Percent of the job will get Prevailing Wage and Benefit Packages equivalent to Local Unions. That is not to say all will be Union. That is not unique to AMD. It is the norm. Unions are never dumb enough to say they are trying to force all Union people on a work project. We always go under the premise that a PLA makes Union members a viable choice.Since the AFL-CIO is the leader in this Billy and Dougies role has been minimal. Remember the AFL-CIO hates the Carpenters. This means these clowns could not f... much up and give things away.
Other confirmed details are a NO Strike Clause. A No work Shutdown clause. A cap on raises for the life of the project at 3%. Breaks for Woman and Minority owned business. The rest will be available next Tuesday. Just remember that not lone ago AMD said there would be a PLA over their dead body.
IN regards to your job. As you know the company you work for is still astounded and laughing over Weir and Blaclock giving away the store on your job. That is is why the "COUNCIL EMPLOYEE" should not be allowed to negotiate a dog house.If they gave away coffee breaks and other rights you are entitled to under labor laws and regulation why is it you guys dont have these ass clowns hanging over a ditch by their ankles tied with very thin rope.

I always enjoy your comments. Rich, Chuck has come a long long way. Chuck has never wanted any thing but fairness. The V.O.C. from the beginning was his idea, and it was great. Kevin SCUMBAG Hicks shut it down because he was scared of how many members started to see him for what he is. Big dumb Doug showed his face on our job for the first time since he put his stinking big foot in his big mouth. I asked the super to introduce him to Jason whom he denied knowing or saying to him that he represents the empire council. He had nothing to say. We all got a good laugh at his expense.
