Jimmy, I don't even know where to start? You have so many false ideas coming out. We have Fresh officers!! We have fresh ideas!! new ideas don't get implemented overnight. Unfortunately nothing thats worth while comes easy and nothing that is worth while comes quickly. Its all going to take time.

Chris it is evident you don't know where to start. Because you havent done anything positive for the rank and file as yet. You are in a position to help all the members. But it looks like you just go along with all the other hand picked people. I hoped you would be different and individual when you first apeared on the podium. You still have time to make a difference. Please don't be a puppet and worry about yourself. You could be a revered officer and move up with the respect of the majority of members. The old Hicks way is not going to work any more. Prove yourself to be for the members and you could go far. Don't help and people in this local will find someone who will help us all. Time is running out to do what is right. As for things that don't come easy or quickly. This local didn't get as bad as it is overnite. We have gone down over the years with representation like we have now. This the lowest point 370 has gotten. It is time to do new things. The officers you say are fresh are stale and moldy. There hasn't been a fresh idea in years. You are correct it is going to take time to fix the harm that has been done. Jim
You're right Jim I haven't done anything positve for this union. That is why when you drive through Saratoga and Glens Falls you see Union job, Union Job, Union job, Union, Union job and you don't see Bast hatfield signs anywhere.
The first time I went up there multpile contractors told me that there was no union in this area!

I would like names and locations of all this positive work. You haven't mentioned all these jobs at meetings. By the way there is still a very long list of out of work people. Keep up the good work. Jim
Chris where are you? Why is it that the rally at the capital wasn't mentioned to the membership. All the great signs were mentioned, but the united brotherhood had no sign. Was that overlooked or intentional. And we had a very small presence as well. People came from far away they felt it was of great import but localy we looked uninvolved. JIM
